Return Policy and 4 Year Limited Warranty

 

We feature a 4 year warranty period. Your watch will either be fixed or replaced. Warranty covers manufacturers defects only.

Upon delivery of your Swiss Grade 1 Replica you have a
15 day inspection period to approve of your purchase.

We allow an addition 15 days after the inspection period. *re-stocking fees apply*

After 30 days returned watches received for reasons not covered under warranty will be returned at the cost of the shipper. Please call us first before shipping us a watch.

An amount of $18.00 will be deducted for Shipping & Handeling on all refunds and applicable exchanges.

We ask for the following if you need to send us your timepiece:

  • All links be returned to us with your watch if you have the watch fitted to your wrist.
  • Honor the 15 day inspection period, after 15 days we will charge a 50% re-stocking fee and will refuse returns after 30 days completly.
  • Include a note with your watch with the ORIGINAL invoice and explain the reason you are returning or exchanging it. Include any shipping or contact information changes.
  • Contact us first, by phone if possible, before you send the item.
